Just rewatched Bambi 2. I forget how really good that sequel is; the way it fits so well with the original movie, with the style and all the callbacks to it and everything, and how adorable the characters are, and the songs, and... aaah, I love it

Double post; but the DVD came today, so I just finished watching my as-of-recently all-time favourite movie again.
That's How to Train Your Dragon 2, if I haven't mentioned it before ^^

Big Hero Six. I really loved this movie. it was so cute. It's a super hero movie but its not a generic one and had some really good characters. One of my favorite disney movies

Just finished watching Cinderella - the Disney version, of course. It was on TV over Christmas, so I recorded it and just got around to watching it. I was actually surprised; I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I was going to. I still wouldn't call it one of my favourites; but I did like it, just the same.

Saw Into The Woods last week with the Thespians and absolutely loved it! It could have stood to be a smidge darker in terms of atmosphere (for those unfamiliar with the original show - they reduced the death count...a lot), but otherwise it was pretty faithful to the source and a lot of fun to watch.

Not long finished watching Wreck-it Ralph again. I still have an incredible lot of love for that movie; plus, I was in another kind of weird mood to start with this afternoon, and that did wonders for lifting my mood ^^

I just rewatched Howl's Moving Castle a few hours ago. I could gush about how much I love that movie for ages. The backgrounds especially caught my attention this time around. I'd forgotten just how beautiful the artwork and the animation in general in this movie was. Guess that's what I get for not watching it for a while. xD

I watched Land Before Time a bit earlier on today; and aaaaah, that movie was so much more adorable than I was expecting I mean, it started out like Bambi as a dinosaur, to be honest XD - but regardless of any similarities, I thoroughly enjoyed it ^^ And oh my goodness, I have so much love for little Cera. She'd hate me for saying it, but she's kind of a cutie; if of the hardheaded variety XD

I actually watched this one movie called Synecdoche, New York the other night. Mostly out of curiosity because someone I follow on Youtube has been analyzing it. It was interesting, that's for sure. Depressing, but interesting.

And last night I went on a Land Before Time spree and rewatched The Land Before Time, Land Before Time 6, Land Before Time 8, Land Before Time 11, and part of Land Before Time 9. I forgot how inconsistent some things about some of the sequels actually were. xD
