Random Character Headcanons

More XMFC headcanon stuff for other characters that aren't Charles:

*Raven named herself. Haven't worked out her backstory yet (need to look up the comic one and tweak it) but I think she gave herself her name when she was very young. Perhaps wandering alone, or...needs more work.

*I'm thinking I might make her older than Charles, but appear younger due to her slowed aging, and her poor social skills/being on her own/uneducated academically for so long.

*I still like to set the Wolverine film in the 40s, despite the ending. It's kind of that "doesn't really have a purpose so far" film so I stick it wherever. If THAT'S the case, I'm definitely making Scott Alex's father, instead of his kid brother. I like that angle better. But the sequel will probably decide what I do indefinitely.

..ooof course, that means there is NO way Rogue/Remy works, but...eeeeh. Movies fucked that up. Stupid Bobby.

Some nights, after the arcade closed and she was on her own, Vanellope would go out to the most desolate spot in Sugar Rush she could find and look for the brightest star in the game's sky. She would always wish to not be glitched anymore, only to be disappointed time and time again when it didn't work. In spite of the disappointment, Vanellope would continue to wish in the hopes that, one day, her wish would come true.

I have no idea why, but I have this little headcanon related to Tooth. Don't eat me for it, 'kay?

I like to imagine that Tooth was Rapunzel in her past life.

Around the time that Jack became Jack Frost, often feeling alone by having children not seeing him, he would often spend his time listening to music. Eventually he did learn how to teach himself how to play a few musical instruments, violin being his main one. He has never told anyone this or shown it. It is possible that North or Sandy know but it is never revealed.

Angel and Buster are totally a kismesis in my headcanon now. Totally.

For those who don't read Homestuck - i.e. everyone but Mo, I think? - a kismesis is a troll concept of a romantic relationship based around the emotion of hate instead of love. It's hard to explain in human terms, but I've just been RPing her with Buster on DWoW and that is EXACTLY what their relationship is, or at least from Angel's perspective. She has some very, VERY caliginous feelings towards that guy, so this has become my new headcanon about their relationship.

I just... it's perfect for them.

Candlehead is terrified of Nesquick sand. Due to before the game was messed up with Turbo, Tafftya and the others would make fun of her. Calling her "Crybaby Candlehead." the only way she could possibly not be a laughing-stalk of the group, Tafftya dared her to walk across the laffy taffy trees with her eyes shut. Candle wanted to do anything to fit in. During this, the others tried to make her mess up. It was when she slipped and almost fell into the nesquick sand. screaming for help. Finally, Rancis got of the laffy taffy to come down.

Finally through the sobs, Candle said that she would tell Vanellope about the dare and how mean they were. Tafftya pulled her aside and said that she would make the green haired racer's life miserable if she said anything.

Minor headcanon points for a few of my next-gen dogs:

Jinx, though no-one who knows her would expect it of her, actually has a bit of a girly side; while she would never wear them herself, she is highly fascinated by cute dresses and things of that nature; a fact that weirds Sophie out when she inadvertantly discovers it.

And speaking of Sophie - she's secretly had her eye on Misten for a long time. He's always been a source of conflict for her; on the one hand, like Jinx, he's an unwanted usurper of the attention her parents should be directing at her, but on the other... damn he's hot. Even when she was young, Sophie would never seek to get Misten into trouble the way he would Jinx, because of her confused secret feelings for him, and this only became more noticable as she reached adolescence.
For the record, Sophie does eventually mature to the point whereby she no longer enjoys tormenting Jinx and getting her into trouble the way she used to, and tries to stop acting such a bitch towards her; not that Jinx is at all willing to let bygones be bygones after close to ten years of this, however.

Benvolio (Lebecca pup who comes from an alternate future) and Chestnut (Wizzer/Saba pup) actually try and get together at one point. Ben is gay and so has very few romantic prospects, and Chestnut is possessed of an 'I'll try anything once' kind of attitude, so the two try and work something out - only for their attempted date to go spectacularly badly due in no small part simply to vastly incompatable personalities. Neither is willing to try again in the aftermath and they split up in record time.

New headcanon: Vanellope adopts Angel as her dog at some point.

I don't care that it seems impractical, what with Vanellope being an arcade game character; Me and Phantom have been RPing them together on another site and I love the idea too much not to include it. I'll figure something out somehow; I am determined that this must happen at some point.

Maybe in like... A modern day AU? Where Vanellope's an actual kid as opposed to a video game character, and Angel's still a stray, and they meet up and start bonding?

Sounds like a good idea to me; thanks ^^ I think I might also include normal kid Vanellope in my main AU; she could live near the Dalmatian farm and be the one who adopts Angel after Angel runs away from Jim Dear's family.

Okay, so, I had this minor headcanon when I rewatched Brother Bear the other day. I know studio crossovers make it unlikely, but... you know those two mammoths Kenai sees amongst the spirits? The large one, and then the smaller one which seems like a child? Headcanon is that they are Manny's first wife and kid, whose deaths were alluded to in Ice Age.

I don't know, it just... it works, okay? For me, at least.

I just remembered about this kind of old headcanon from the second or third "Law and Order: Toon Town" reboot that, although it doesn't make a whole lot of sense, I still love.

In the LaO:TT universe (at least in my personal AU of it), Bianca from Pokemon and Collette from LatT2 are roomates, and are both actresses struggling to find work after their respective careers ended (The Black and White anime for Bianca, and the second Lady and the Tramp movie for Collette). They both have a heavy love for theatre and old movies, and tend to rehearse together when preparing for auditions of any kind.

On the side, Bianca works part-time as a seamstress in a dress shop downtown, and Collette (with much envy) works as a dresser for the performers at the Ink and Paint Club.
