Just a TLK Canon RP to get away from the dalmatian drama... The plot revolves around the third generation cubs and their lives at Priderock. This was originally supposed to cancel out all TLK theories and just rp as the characters, but now that I think about it, that's impossible. Just try to enjoy it as much as you guys can. X3 CAST Kitexa = Kiara Partner_The_Dalmatian = Vitani fang = Beba Bri = Kula (adult) cadpig82 = Afua myself = Kopa
Kopa lay on his favorite rock, his golden fur shining in the warm sun. As much as he enjoyed relaxing, he just wasn't in the mood to lay around today. He stretched and yawned, his pink tongue extended. I'm so bored. He thought in frustration. There's nothing to do! He looked around his home, searching desperately for something to entertain himself with. Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, he spotted something. He looked around to see a dark stretch of land near the border of the pridelands. His red eyes widened in interest. He heard his father and mother tell him stories of how they once had gone there when it was still used as a home for the hyenas. Kopa knew very well he wasn't allowed to go there, but for some strange reason he just couldn't tear his eyes away from it. He sat back down and gazed at the dark land as if in a trance.

What felt like a world away, in the Outlands, another lion cub stirred. Vitani was enjoying a rare day off from mother's strenuous training - and the young lioness was determined to make the most of it. Which meant doing more than sitting around in the Outlands and bugging Nuka, for once.
In a series of quick bound, the cub scaled a small termite mound, looking out across the Outlands. Like Kopa - although she knew little of the yound prince - , her attention was drawn in the direction of what she knew as the Elephant Graveyard. Her saphire eyes narrowed a little as she recalled what little she knew of that place - which had once been where Scar's hyenas had been forced to live. A smirk caressed Vitani's muzzle as she considered it.
Mother wouldn't mind, she decided. The Graveyard wasn't Simba's territory, after all. Tail swishing behind her, Vitani jumped down from the termite mound. The thought of inviting Kovu crossed her mind, but the cub ignored it. Her younger 'brother' would just slow her down - and Mother would have her hide if anything happened to Scar's Chosen One. While Vitani didn't think she'd run into danger in the graveyard... it wasn't a risk she wanted to run.

Back in the Pridelands, Kopa had decided to investigate. The young prince looked behind him cautiously. If his parents found out they would have his pelt. He jumped down from the rock and started to make his way silently towards the Graveyard. For some strange reason, each step he took caused him to feel more and more suspicious. What really was there? What would he find? There was only one way to find out.

"Hey Kopa!" a cub step quickly in front of kopa, it was Beba, the cheetah has left a trail of dust along the way, he often visited the prince to play with him or Afua. For a cheetah, stay in front of a lion can be considered suicide, his mother teach him and his siblings that but for some reasons she was ok with the idea of visiting king Simba´s pride, Beba preferred the company of Afua but he still considered Kopa as a friend.
"Ha! I bet you did´t see me, did´t you? you know cheetahs....are the faster animals in the whole savannah!" He says with a cocky smile, Beba obviously was proud for being more faster than his lion friends.

Kopa jumped in shock as the cheetah stepped in front of him "Gosh Beba, you scared the day-light outta me!" he said in annoyance, licking his fur back down. He liked Beba and all, but he was just a tad too...Energetic. "Yeah, but lions are the strongest." he bragged. "Why are you following me anyway?"

(Guys just a quick reminder I have never read any of the books at all and I really want to play Afua to the best of my abilities. So if you see any flaws and I mean any flaws at all just shoot me a PM . I am going on what they said about him on Wikipedia and that solely.)
Afua had just woken up. He had decided to go check on Beba. Maybe he wanted to play. He wouldn't mind seeing Kopa as well. He always considered Kopa a good enough friend. "Beba? where are you"? Afua asked to no one in particular. He had a feeling the young Cheetah cub was around somewhere. And that's when he saw it. The shadowy place all the adults said to never go. Afua smiles and looks around and then walks to the Elephant Graveyard. Maybe he could catch up with Beba and Kopa there.

"Hm. Whoa." Vitani smirked at her surroundings as she made her own way into the graveyard. It was pretty awe-inspiring, she supposed. Kovu, or even Nuka would probably have described the place as 'creepy', and a mist hanging in the air only added to the effect, but that didn't bother the young lioness in the slightest. In a few short bounds, she made it to the top of one of the elephant skulls, surveying the area from above.
No doubt about it, this place was MUCH more interesting than the Outlands.

(OOC: I was kinda waiting for Beba to respond to Kopa before posting, but I guess this thread isn't dead after all and I should keep it going. ) Kopa had decided that his cheetah friend was nothing more than attention-grabbing at the moment. "Keep quiet will you?" he growled quietly, his eyes darting back and forth. "You're gonna get me in trouble if the lionesses hear us." He stepped out of Beba's way and continued his way towards the graveyard. "why don't you go play with Afua today anyway?" he said, looking behind his shoulder. He always seemed to like Beba better anyway... He thought glumly as he strode on.
