Lucky's P-P-P-Poker Parlor

Welcome to Lucky's poker parlor or the loft in the barn on the Dearly farm. People have come from miles around because this horseshoe spotted pup has a gambling game going on and the stakes are high, high, HIGH!

Here's how the game works (Texas Hold'em style):
1) You are given two cards (you can choose which cards you get but don't be unfair with this. Like you can't get two aces on every turn.)
2) Then the dealer (That's me!) draws three cards. You will see if the cards match one of your cards (Pair), both of your cards (Triple). This is an abridged version so play makes sense. There are more moves but for the sake of play lets just do triples and pairs.
3) Then we go around the circle betting money. You can either bet, which means you put down money, or you can pass, which means you don't want to put down money. But if the person before you puts down money then you must match the person's bet, fold (end your game) or place a higher bet which everyone must match.
4) The dealer will then draw one more card, you can check against the cards you have. Then everyone flips over their cards.

If it was we can just outline the whole thing and just check back to the game everyone once and a while which is what i assumed everyone would do XD

Lucky drew the cards in front of the group who were there. His ears perked, blue eyes widened as he stared at the group before him. Shuffling the cards between his white paws the dalmatian grinned at everyone.

"Is everyone ready to play?" He asked.

[Blaze]

"More than I'll ever be." Nuka answered sarcastically, taking two cards for himself. How did he end up here again? Chasing after his little termite of a brother? Eh, who cared. He could always just eat that little dalmatian if he got bored and then go back home. He examined his cards. A two and a five. He slouched in his chair and groaned. "Why couldn't we just play Go Fish..?" he mumbled, talking half to himself.

"Well Lucky I'm ready to play, I've seen Mooch do this before at Swamp Rat's casino, dumb mutt almost lost my earring and my collar along with Dipstick's and Wizzer's collars too" Two-Tone said to Lucky as she took her two cards. "Oh we betting anything?" She asked Lucky, she wanted to make sure if they were betting or not

[Angel]

(ooc: still a little confused on the matter of rules, Stitch, but I'm sure it'll all become clear as the game progresses ^^)

"What do you think?" Angel asked rehtorically. Her two cards were already in her paw, but so far, the female seemed more interested in examining her opponents. The pudgy and talkative female should be a pushover, she decided quickly. The lion was more dificult to judge, since the pomeranian had never actually seen one of them before, but from his manner he was probably one to watch. Finally, she returned attention to her cards, raising an eyebrow at the two sevens she held. Her head lifted again as the other female asked her question.

"Of course we are," she answered, glancing between her cards and her opponents as she spoke. "I didn't come all the way here to play without any stakes." Admittedly, Angel herself didn't have much to bet - useful items were in short supply around the junkyard - but the blonde was counting on her own skill at the game to change that situation soon enough.

"Yeah Two-Tone, we're going to bet," he said rolling his blue eyes at the girl. He was suprised Two-Tone was able to pick cards. Indecisive pup was always so indecisive. Tail wagged as the lion and the pom spoke up. This was going to be a great game. Lucky himself wasn't going to play unless the stakes got really high. Dealing was enough for him. He wished there were more people though be, eh, whatever. He still played with the cards between his paws, shuffling them in a rather artistic manner. Enjoying every minute of the suspense.

The horseshoe spotted dalmatian finally stopped shuffling. "Okay you guys wanna make bets before the cards go down? Or just set right into the game?"

[Blaze]

Nuka eyed Two-Tone and Angel. These were his competitors? Dogs? Heck, forget about horeshoe over there, that pudgy green-eyed dal would be much more filling if he ever got hungry. "Bets, bets, bets...What to do, what to do..." he said out loud, rubbing his chin. He then put down twenty dollars on the table. "There, twenty human dollars. Your turns, pooches." he commented. He cringed suddenly, then started scratching wildly. "Urgh, these termites!!!" he exclaimed in frustration, scratching his tangled start of a mane.

[Angel]

Angel snorted softly, almost amused by the lion's show of ridding himself of termites. She usually just found that a quick scratch behind the ear was enough to get rid of most bugs, so Nuka was either making a show of himself, or else had a really bad infestation. "Are the termites part of your wager?" Angel scoffed momentarily, before she returned her attention to the matter at hand, looking down at her own items to wager. She didn't have any money, of course - what use would a street dog have for money anyway? - but did have a few items that some of Buster's gang would have killed for.

After a moment, the pomeranian selected the practically untouched chicken leg that she'd managed to swipe from a restaurant before arriving here. Actually, she'd grabbed the whole chicken, but the single leg was about all that remained anymore. It was rare to get a decent meal in the junkyard, after all, so Angel hadn't been about to gamble the whole potential meal on her own skill at poker, in spite of her confidence.

"One chicken leg." she stated, almost certain that it was unneccesary to say as much, although she did anyway, just in case any of the other players hadn't been paying attention.
