Do I put this here? If not, just move it please ^^'' Anyway, since people have been adding to their lists, just post at the top who you be ;D
ZeeStitch Broo (X-Men) Dragon (Shrek) Lydia (Beatlejuice Cartoon)
The fire breath of the large red and pink dragon lit the campfire where the group was gathering. A lovely little campfire on the edge of a big lake where everyone had come to get away from it all. Dragon, due to her large size, was curled around the group, acting as a kind of wall to brace them from the cold and the elements. Her ear-like appendages, flexed as she gave a warm smile towards the group.
"Oh my," Broo said, flexing his glasses slightly, "So what are we supposed to do with the fire?" Brood-mutant was terribly confused. He hadn't an internet connection with him so there was no way he could check out what a campfire and a camping trip was. He adjusted his glasses again and sat on the ground where he'd placed his sleeping bag. The alien mutant just waited and stared, wondering what was going on.
Dragon yawned and lay her head down. The female was waiting for someone to speak up and help the alien boy, something she couldn't do.
"I brought some spooky stories we could read!" Pale teenager gave a grin to the darkness around her. Flicking her eyes towards the others she ran her hand through her raven hair and placed the books on the ground in front of her. She was kneeling on her plush purple sleeping bag and waiting for someone to pull out the marshmallows. She tilted her head to the side. "Someone DID bring some marshmallows right?"

Tex:
The 9th Doctor
"Marshmallows, right 'ere." A tall, lanky man piped up, tossing the bag to the teen. He sat back on his arse with a slight "oomf," grinning widely. He'd thought the TARDIS went mad, bringing him to a misfit gathering. Enough time spent, it seemed more like a kick in the pants he really needed to take a break and just...sit. Still. Let the world stop and pass by for a change.
Which was considerably frustrating at first but the longer the leather-clad Time Lord remained the more he found himself enjoying the campfire banter. Been a long time since he'd heard it.
"Chocolate." He piped up, green-blue eyes darting about the group. "We do 'ave chocolate right? Can't make a proper s'more without it. Or Graham crackers but one step at a time."

Phantom: Shilo (Repo! The Genetic Opera) Lilo (Lilo & Stitch) Vanellope (Wreck-it Ralph)
"I got chocolate!" A little girl with long black hair tied back in a pony tail sprinkled with various kinds of candy held up her hand, revealing a couple of bars of chocolate, and she beamed happily. Vanellope was eager to make these s'mores, and she hoped she was being particularly helpful by bringing along chocolate. "If we got the crackers, we can have some fun times. Right?" Vanellope asked. She looked around, brown eyes wide with hope that someone had indeed brought the desired crackers for their campfire treats, but she became a bit disappointed when she saw neither of the two girls nearest to her had anything on them.
"I would have brought some, but Stitch ate them." Lilo commented. She'd tried wrestling them away from her blue alien companion, but his strength had won out and he'd eaten them before she had a chance to really react.
"I couldn't find any." Shilo said simply. Truthfully, she hadn't know quite what she had been looking for. Having never been on a camping trip before, the teen hadn't really had the opportunity to have s'mores before then. As such, grahm crackers were a mystery to her. "So... did anyone bring the crackers?" she asked.

Sapphire Pepper (101 Dalmatians) Luna Lovegood (Harry Potter)
"I've got grahm crackers!" a voice yipped happily. Pepper was excited for s'mores. Except for the chocolate part. She had just planned to make them with the marshmallow. "I stole'em out of the kitchen, too." the spotted dog announced, quite pleased with herself for getting them past her Pets and parents. Even though she loved her family, adopted and blood, it was nice to get away from them for a while.
"This is much different than The Forbidden Forest." an airy voice added "But the Mugwamps are still around, that's a bit of a problem." The blonde girl, equipped with a wand tucked behind her ear and an upside-down Quibbler, gave another glance around the forest. "Although, fire does scare them off, so we should be okay." The teen pulled her stripped sweater further up, to make the most of it's warmth. "But there are still the Nargles and Hobgoblins and such, but I don't think they should bother us."

"Anythin' comes near us I'll handle it." The Doctor affirmed, giving the blond a quizzical look. He' dnever heard of "nargles" and...well hobgoblins maybe but likely different than the ones she meant. Making a note to inquire her later, Time Lord clapped his hands. "Alright everybody, come on. S'mores won't make themselves." If they did, he'd bow before the inventor and lay down his Sonic Screwdriver.
Except not that last part.
Or the first part.
Maybe a handshake instead.

(gonna give a change to my lineup since Lydia's post can easily be read as the character I'm replacing her with: Mavis (Hotel Transylvania) )
"Do you mind telling me...what a s'more is?" The alien mutant had adjusted his glasses, like a nervous tick when he didn't understand something, and stared at the food items before him. The ugly little creature's sharp teeth opened and closed in complete and utter confusion. What were these s'mores? Apparently they were something you ate. And something good as the humans and other creatures around were growing excited over them. He sat back, arms pushed out to support his body behind him as he waited for someone to answer his questions.
A rumble echoed from Dragon's throat as she pushed her head curiously towards the strange blonde girl. She wanted to let the youth know if these creatures she spoke of were scared of fire then she was right there to protect them. Though with her massive form not much was getting around her scaly hide anyway. Tonight would be relaxing for the hodge-podge of creatures which were enjoying the night and the campfire.
Mavis leaned forward and grinned, happy to be out and about among these creatures she'd only read scary stories about. Her grin was dipped in the moonlight, a silver glint on her fangs as they poked through her top lip. She smiled at the girl a few feet from her, the girl named Shilo. "My Dad and I went camping in the woods all the time," she said, trying to start a conversation, "He'd make s'mores for me. He was afraid I'd get hurt making them myself. 'You might get hurt by the fire Mavis, blah, blah, blah.' Annoying but hey, my fingers didn't get sticky."

"Well I should also mention the Raxbats, too, I suppose." The blonde added "They're invisible creatures, you know. They go in your ears and make your brain all fuzzy." Grey eyes turned to look at the dragon. She hadn't really seen many, but had learned about them at Hogwarts. "You're a pretty dragon." Luna said, scratching Dragon behind the ears. "I haven't seen many Dragons that look like you."
Pepper looked at the mutant, a smile on her face. "I know what a s'more is!" she stated proudly. "A s'more is a grahm cracker with chocolate and marshmallow! They're really good!" The spotted pup made her way over to where he was sitting. "I'm Pepper, who are you?"

Shilo couldn't help but smile just a little as Mavis spoke about her father and their little camping excursion. It reminded her of someone she hadn't really thought about a lot recently. "Sounds like my dad. He was always telling me that I needed to stay inside and was trying to protect me. He was always saying 'Shilo, I'm the doctor. I know what's best for you' or being like 'Oh, Shilo, that was close' if I did something he thought was dangerous. That's why I've never done anything like this before. But, hey, at least I have the chance to do this now." she said. She wasn't going to dwell on what had happened. Shilo doubted anyone wanted to listen to her talk about a night at the Opera that had ended in death.
"Making s'mores is easy." Lilo said, chiming in with Pepper as she started talking to Broo. "First, you gotta roast your marshmallow by putting it on a stick and letting it go over the campfire. Most people like getting them all toasty and golden, but I think it's more fun when they're really mooshy and sticky. Not to mention gooey. That way, when you put 'em between the crackers and chocolate, you can look like you've eaten a slime monster." Lilo giggled. Here was a chance for her to be herself. Not that she wasn't ever not herself, but here she didn't feel like she had to impress anyone. These weren't the girls that hung out with Myrtle, and not even Myrtle herself was there.
"Yeah! And the marshmallows make the chocolate all melty and stuff when they're really warm. You put the chocolate on top of the marshmallow, put 'em between the crackers, and boom! You got yourself a sweet, sweet sandwich." Vanellope added. At least, that was what she had gathered based on the fact that chocolate melted, what Lilo had said about the marshmallows, and the fact that the grahm crackers were the only sturdy things available to hold the ooey, gooey materials.

Partner: Ginny Weasley (Harry Potter) Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story)
"Luna? I didn't know you would be here." The redheaded girl joining the group, a broomstick under one arm, moved over to her friend, casting a wary glance at the dragon beside her. Having a brother who worked with the creatures in Romania, Ginny had heard firsthand how impossible it was to tame a dragon, and the fact that this one seemed unthreatening wasn't quite enough of a reason for her to lower her guard as she sat beside Luna, setting her trusty, if outmodelled, cleansweep seven beside her.
"I've never been camping the muggle way," she commented to the Ravenclaw girl. "Dad would be fascinated by this." In contrast, Ginny herself was merely a little curious. It was going to make for an interesting experience, at least.

"He would, wouldn't he?" Luna replied to the Gryffindor. "How are things, Ginny?" She hadn't really seen her friend around and missed her company. "I assume things are okay." The blonde took out the magazine next to her. "Quibbler? I have lots of extras." she offered her friend. Her dad working for it and all meant that lots were left over. "I was just warning everyone about the Mugwumps and Hobgoblins and Raxbats. They could be anywhere, you know."

"Yes, alright, lovely talk, let's stay on task, shall we?"
He did enjoy the conversations, really. Phrases he'd never heard, creatures he'd never seen (not in this variation anyway), it thrilled the Time Lord's intellect, fueling his thirst for exploration.
When this was all said and done he'd have to investigate these "Raxbats" and fire-fearing creatures and candy-haired children and everything!
Until then, however, S'mores were in order.
"Pool your findings, time to eat!"

"All right, all right. Keep your pants on. It's not like the chocolate and stuff is gonna go somewhere while we talk." Vanellope said. She probably could have thought of some nickname for this man much like all the ones she'd thought of for Ralph in the time they had known each other, but for the life of her she couldn't seem to think of an appropriate name to call him. Instead of dwelling on it, though, Vanellope opted to unwrap part of a bar of chocolate and placed it so that everyone could get to it when the time came. Obviously, though, they needed the marshmallows before anything else.
Shilo, on the other hand, chose to not say anything in response to the Doctor's remarks. She'd only just gotten started conversing with Mavis and intended to speak with her longer. After all, it seemed that the two had some kind of connection going on. It wasn't every day that Shilo met up with a girl who seemed to have an overprotective father who insisted on sheltering his daughter as much as possible. She wanted to know what other similarities she and Mavis had. On the other hand, Shilo had never actually had a s'more before and wanted to know firsthand what the entire experience was life. Could that have been benefited by ending the conversation?
Just make one while you talk. There. That's an easy solution. she told herself. So, while waiting to receive a marshmallow so she could officially begin making the sweet creation, she decided to wait and see if anyone else would add to the conversation.
"So... what's a Mugwump? Or a Hobgoblin? They sound really cool." Lilo said, her interest suddenly peaking as Luna and Ginny seemed to strike up a conversation. Never mind what anyone else around had to say on the matter. Lilo thought their conversation sounded interesting.

"There magic creatures." Luna replied to Lilo. "Although, most of them are invisible." The blonde pulled out a necklace she'd been wearing. "See this charm? It keeps away the Nargles." The Ravenclaw explained. "They like to take things, you know. They take some of my stuff from time to time."
The puppy dragged the grahm crackers over to Vanellope. "Here are the crackers!" she exclaimed, quite proudly. "Are we going to get our s'mores roasting on?" The spotted dog's tail was waging quite a bit, mostly from excitement. "This is going to be great!" she yipped.

(ooc: Sapphire, I'm assuming Ginny and Luna are from shortly after the end of Deathly Hallows? If not, let me know and I'll edit Also, adding Buzz Lightyear to my cast)
"Oh, thank-you," Ginny accepted the Quibbler with a smile. She would rarely believe a word printed in the magazine, but Luna was her friend, so she would never voice the thought. "I think things are settling down, now that You- that Voldemort's gone for good," she replied. "Mum still gets tearful over Fred's death," she glanced away for a moment, hands clenching into fists with such force that it hurt as she battled internal grief. Now wasn't the time to dwell on such things. "It was a big loss for all of us. But I think we're recovering.
"These s'mores are a muggle invention?" she asked, looking over to those discussing the matter. It wasn't an idea she'd encountered before, at any rate, so it seemed a reasonable assumption that they were something wizards didn't normally eat.
---
"Ah, yes, the s'moes," Possibly the smallest member of the present group, the Buzz Lightyear action figure spoke up. From his tone, he might have sounded knowledgeable about the subject if not for the fact that he had completely mispronouced 's'mores'. "Woody used to make them at Cowboy Camp with Andy, he told me all about them." The toy hopped up onto a nearby rock to better view the proceedings. Of course, being an action figure, he was incapable of digesting food, but that wasn't going to stop him from having a good time. Usually, as a toy, he would have been remaining silent while humans were around, but there were some occasions when rules could be broken and no-one would mind.

"S'moes? Don't you mean s'mores, smallfry?" Vanellope asked. She couldn't help but snicker a little at his mispronunciation of the word. It wasn't very often that she heard someone mispronounce a word like that, especially not one that was so relatively simple. Though given her own small size, Vanellope probably wasn't one to talk when it came to calling Buzz a smallfry. Either way, it was amusing to her.
