Patchy: Candlehead Priscilla
Tears of bitter and sour sadness ran down her cheeks as Candle got out of her kart. She had been doing so well in the race against Priscilla and the others. It wasn't fair. This had been her chance to prove something to the others. Mainly her sister and Tafftya. But something had happened, something had gotten stuck in the wheel and had crashed.
Landing her in last place. After all that hard work. It was nothing all for nothing! Anger and sadness mixed as she kicked her kart, causing pain in her foot (though she could have cared less.) Her green eyes went back to the finish line where the other racers were, congradulating the winner. She didn't even want to see who had won.

Phantom: Vanellope, Taffyta, and maybe Sour Bill if the need arises
From the sidelines, Vanellope watched the race as it unfolded. Sour Bill probably would have thrown the biggest fit if he knew she was out of the castle, but she didn't care. She was starting to feel better and wanted to at least drop in on a race even if she couldn't participate. She had witnessed the crash of Candlehead's kart when it was shown on the big screen and winced visibly. Poor Candlehead... She hadn't deserved to crash like that.
Maybe if I see her, I can go try to cheer her up. Vanellope decided. She started to inch her way out from behind the bleacher she'd been watching from, but suddenly stopped when she saw Taffyta zip by. The blonde racer had ultimately beaten out the competition and it looked like she was quite satisfied with her efforts. As she hopped out of her kart, Vanellope inched back to where she had been originally to watch. Something didn't seem right.

Candle's eyes went to the blonde racer and didn't say anything for awhile. Just stared at the kart in front of her. Where was her sister? No need to rub it in her face? That was odd even for her. Sighing, she turned to Tafftya, "What do you want?" she asked. "You already won, isn't that enough for you?"

Was that enough? The old Taffyta probably would have said yes and walked away. This, however, was the Taffyta fueled by a desire for vengeance. She had gotten it to some degree, and now all she had to do was drive the final nail into her former friend. She smirked and folded her arms across her chest before deciding to reply. No matter what Candlehead's reaction, it was going to be fun to get what she wanted to say out into the open. Just like old times. It felt strangely satisfying to watch Candlehead squirm.
"I was just going to ask what it felt like to have lost so spectacularly. Tell me, was that intentional? That crash, I mean. Not even Vanellope would have gotten into a crash like that, and she's about as pathetic when it comes to driving without that power of hers." Taffyta said. Now the fun would start. All she had to do was wait to see how much Candlehead would squirm from what she had said.
From the sidelines, Vanellope was glaring daggers at the blonde racer. How dare she insult Candlehead's skills like that? She was a good racer as far as Vanellope was concerned. She had seen Candlehead race well for herself. Why was Taffyta suddenly behaving like she had before the reset had occurred? Vanellope inched forward a tiny bit as a glitch rippled through her body and a cough gripped her. Stupid sickness... Vanellope knew she should have stayed home, but she wanted to check up on her friend.

Candle's fist clenched tightly at her side before turning to glare at the blonde. "Why would i intentionally crash my kart?" she asked, there was still sadness in her heart that her friend had been treating her like this. However, this wasn't the Taffy she knew. "Besides, I almost beat you and Prissy Missy."
Shaking her head Priscilla came up next to the blonde before locking eyes with the baby sister of hers. "Wow, Prissy Missy, haven't heard that one, since we were what? Five? Geez Candle, you are acting like you were just programed." Putting a pokey in her mouth she just smirked.
"We tried to warn you you wouldn't win Candlehead, but you are so stubborn, always have been." the fellow green girl snickered. "And look at where you got you? Crashed and ended up in last place."
Her fist clenched tighter. She hated her! Hated them! they were bullies! nothing more! "SHUT UP!" she snapped. "Both of you Shut up!"

Vanellope's eyes widened in surprise when Priscilla arrived on the scene. The way she was acting was just like how Taffyta was acting! But that couldn't have been right, could it? Priscilla had seemed nice enough when she and Candlehead were giving her the grand tour of Sugar Rush. What in the name of the programmers could have happened to have made her change so suddenly? Vanellope frowned and brought her hand to her chin as she thought about that development.
"Something stinks around here, and it sure as heck isn't Stinkbrain." Vanellope muttered.
Taffyta just shook her head a little in response to what Candlehead had said. "Poor little Candlehead. She thinks she can race with us big bad racers, but in reality she's just a pathetic excuse of a racer. And you'll never be as good as us." Taffyta sneered. As far as she was concerned, the two of them had Candlehead beaten. She'd never be on par with them or any of the other 'good' racers. "Why don't you just admit it to yourself and give up? You're just pathetic." she said.

"SHUT UP! SHUT UP!" Candle said her fist shaking, she was trying so hard not to cry. Not in front of them. Not in front of her sister. Not in front of anyone. "SHUT UP!"
Priscilla smirked, almost putting on the sympathy card. "Aw, Candle, don't cry. It will just make you look more pathetic than you already are. I tried to tell you sweetie, you aren't smart enough to be a racer. How many people pick you when they play this game?" Candle didn't respond and looked at her feet. Knowing that she had her answer, the fellow green haired girl put a hand on her sister's shoulder. "See, you don't have what it takes, and the players know that, the other racers know that."
Candle bit her lip. "That's not true." but Priscilla kept going as if her sister hadn't spoken.
"Really? You don't think you aren't the talk of the other racers. That minty and the others really care about you? How cute." she pinched her sister's cheek. "They really don't care."

"She's right. Nobody would even notice if you just left the game. You're worthless." Taffyta sneered. A part of her would regret saying that later, but it was only a small part. Taffyta really was enjoying being in bitch mode once again, and nothing was going to stop that much from remaining true. She wouldn't have cared if Candlehead just abandoned ship. The players wouldn't notice, either, seeing as the roster of nine was always random with very few consistencies. In fact, King Candy had been the only consistent racer up until the reset. Nobody questioned his disappearance because they thought it was just the roster being random as per usual. So, as far as anyone knew, nobody would have cared if a specific racer dropped off the roster for a day.
Vanellope's fists clenched and another glitch rippled through her body. How could those two say things like that? Of course people cared about Candlehead! Vanellope certainly did, as she was one of her best friends within the game. How on earth Taffyta and Priscilla could be convinced that no one would care if one of the characters left the game was beyond her. That was what had caused Ralph's game trouble back when they'd first met, as Vanellope had later learned. Their game may not have been dependent on a single character, but Vanellope certainly would have noticed if Candlehead disappeared one day. It was taking every ounce of willpower within Vanellope to keep her from jumping out of her hiding spot right then and there to refute the bullies.
Don't listen to them, Candlehead. I'd miss you... I care...

"You're wrong." Candle muttered, glaring up at her sister. "People do care about me! I may not be the best but at least i'm not a fake like you!"
"EXCUSE ME?!" Priscilla's voice grew colder and her eyes flashed.
"You heard me." Candle said crossing her arms over her chest. "You are nothing but a fake. And i know it, even if people here don't." she didn't get another word in as Priscilla pushed her to the ground.
Locking eyes with her sister, it felt like the whole game was starting to become a war zone, tension held in the air. Candle stood up, her eyes blazing at her sister before letting anger take over she tackled her to the ground and a fight commenced.

"You little brat!"
Taffyta was about to jump into the fight as well, but just moments before she could throw herself in she heard a garbled sort of battle cry and felt herself getting knocked down. Vanellope had jumped out from the shadows at last and, in the interest of making the fight between Priscilla and Candlehead fair, she had decided to tackle Taffyta. This wasn't the best idea, though, as her body was still weakened from being sick.
"GLITCH!" Taffyta shrieked. The two girls were rolling before they knew it, and Vanellope soon found herself pinned beneath Taffyta. "You should have stayed in your castle. You're just as worthless as Candlehead!"
"You're wrong. Candlehead's worth more than you know. She's worth more than you two bullies will ever be!" Vanellope declared. Vanellope tried to kick Taffyta and succeeded in knocking the blonde racer over, but before she could do anything else Taffyta got back up and grabbed Vanellope by the front of her hoodie. Weakened by sickness as she was, Vanellope couldn't react properly. Soon, the glitched racer found she was being kicked in the stomach and knocked to the ground.
"She's worthless, glitch. Just. Like. You." Taffyta sneered. She wondered if Priscilla and Candlehead would notice that Vanellope had attempted to help Candlehead's cause. It probably didn't matter, though, as Taffyta would soon be joining Priscilla to try and fight Candlehead. For the moment, though, she was satisfied with having dealt with one of their problems.

Candlehead was not like Vanellope and was loosing pretty bad at her scuffle with her sister. Her pigtails had become undone along with her hat falling off. While it seemed that Priscilla had nothing wrong with her. "Face it Candle. You can't win. Not now. Not ever!" she hissed darkly. "You think you can survive in this world? Haven't you heard of the food chain? The strong always win! I'm saving you from being eaten by others."

Taffyta had thought about jumping in on the scuffle between the sisters, but since it looked as though Priscilla had things under control she decided to hold off on attacking physically. Verbal attacks, on the other hand, were still open as far as she was concerned. Vanellope was incapable of jumping in, at least for the moment, so Taffyta didn't see a problem with helping Priscilla out in knocking down Candlehead's self esteem more.
"That's right. In this game, you have the strong racers and the weak racers. You and her," Taffyta jerked her thumb in Vanellope's direction. The President in question glitched visibly and a shudder seemed to go down her spine before Taffyta decided to continue speaking.
"You two are the weak racers. The lowest on the food chain, in fact. You're both in danger of getting chewed up and spat out by the rest of the game. The only reason Vanellope is popular is because of that power of hers. If she couldn't glitch, she'd be nothing. And as for you, Candlehead? You're just sad. You can barely race as far as I can tell, and you'll never be as good as us. Never."

Candlehead almost bit back a retort but the words sunk in along with Priscilla and Tafftya's glares and smirks. Pushing herself out of her sister's grasp, she slowly started to clean herself up. "At least Vanellope has something you two don't. She has a heart." the words were bitter in her mouth as she spoke but her self-eestem was pretty much destroyed now. By someone who she thought was her friend and her older sister.
But they were right, despite the thoughts of it not being true. She was a bad racer. A really bad racer. Vanellope at least could race.

Angel as Adorabeezle Winterpop
"Whoa, what happened here?" The icepop-shaped car drew up alongside the brawling racers, its occupant looking on with undisguised curiosity. Adorabeezle had run off-track during the race, and knowing that her chances of making that day's roster were shot, had taken her time freeing her car from the caramel-centred chocolate she'd managed to embed it in and was only just arriving at the finish line now. The vehicle looked a little sticky and worse for wear, but Adorabeezle seemed strangely pleased with herself.
Hopping out of her car now, the dark-blue-haired racer surveyed the scene. Princess-President Vanellope appeared to be in some pain, and Candlehead, too, looked as though she had been rather roughed up. "I didn't know we had free-for-all fights after the races now," she commented, removing her helmet and dropping it onto her car's seat. "Is this some kind of new bonus minigame?" She didn't think so, of course - Taffyata and the unfamiliar greenie looked too pleased with themselves, and Candlehead too upset, but the ice-themed racer was prepared to give everyone the benefit of the doubt before jumping to conclusions.

Taffyta took her attention away from Priscilla and Candlehead long enough to acknowledge Adorabeezle's arrival on the scene. Inwardly, the blonde cursed. She hadn't expected any of the other racers to actually take an interest in what was going on right then. Unfortunately, there wasn't any opportunity to go back to playing the part she had been playing after Vanellope had been restored to her position as President of the game. She'd just have to play it straight.
"Priscilla and I were just putting these two in their places. Not that Vanellope should be here in the first place, seeing as she's not well enough to race at the moment."
"I'm feeling fine." Vanellope said in response. As if to defy her words, a couple of coughs got past her defenses and she glitched again. Vanellope didn't care, though. She wanted to try and help Candlehead in spite of the fact that she still wasn't feeling one hundred percent like herself.
"And they were being doodie-headed bullies to Candlehead." Vanellope stated.
