Here we go! Time to break Loki!
Kitexa: Loki Odinson Nama: Dark Emily Clearwater Plus whoever else we may need in the future.
-----------------------
In the end, it had been quite simple to break into Asgard. Barriers had never posed her much of a problem before and they certainly hadn't now. Her abilities meant she could o wherever she pleased without a second thought.
Everywhere, including an Asgardian high-security jail.
It had been far too easy, she'd have thought that somewhere do 'advanced' as Asgard would at least have some decent security. Apparently not. Guards were easy to dispatch. Quite frankly it had been almost boring to swat them aside like mere flies.
Hopefully what she had come for would be far more entertaining.
So, with her hands shoved in the pockets of her coat, she sauntered through the cells like she owned the place. A smirk on her lips as her clear grey eyes searched for him. The Norse god of Mischeif. Loki Odinson.

(Heheheheheheeee <3)
Humiliation. Degradation. Infuriatingly subdued. These among many other choice phrases shifted through the mischief god's mind as he sat dejectedly on the cot in his cell. He'd been freed, finally, of the wretched bondage with which he'd arrived (and how humiliating THAT had been, walking through the halls of Asgard chained and muzzled like a dog) but too had he been stripped of his traditional garb. The robes, light armor, and boots he'd worn on a daily basis since banishment from his home this place had been confiscated per his father's Odin's word. If Thor had not felt apt to playing the hero as he felt so inclined to do these days, Loki idly wondered if he'd been forced to relinquish his remaining dark slacks and tunic.
The base of one eye twitched at the thought, and again at the thought of Thor's sickening desire to vouch for him. Did he not see they were no longer - they were NEVER - brothers? Did he not understand Loki wanted no more to do with "Asgard" and "family bonds" and that wretched title "Odinson?"
Ugh -- it was enough to make him want to vomit.
But they'd LOVE that, I'm sure, the mischief-god thought bitterly, scowling at the door at the opposite end of the cell. Making further mockery of me would only make them LAUGH. He snorted, revulsion curling in his chest. That's all he was to them, wasn't he? A mockery. A child. A sniveling little creature who tried to play God only to have it all pummeled out of him by some brainless green oaf and promptly dragged back to his realm while "Brother-dearest" cleaned up his mess.
"How revolting." He muttered, forehead dropping in a scowl. "I am not a child...I am a god..."

"Talking to yourself now, are we? I thought I was the only one who talked to myself on a regular basis."
Emily smirked at the god sitting in his little cot. Her arms folded across her chest and her bright eyes flashing in the semi-darkness like some kind of spectre or malicious spirit.
Found you. she thought triumphantly. It had been like a darker version of hide-and-go-seek only her quarry had no idea who she was and that she was coming for him. But then again, she prided herself on being quite unpredictable. After all, where was the fun in playing by the rules? What was the point? Rules only restricted her and if there was one thing that Emily had, it was being forced to do something she didn't want.
"Y'know...I was expecting someone a little taller." she said, rocking back on her heels slightly "You had me all excited. The infamous Loki Odinson. Bit of a pity I didn't get to see you when your big show came crashing down around your ears."

"Do NOT call me that!" Loki spat, stiffening sharply as his green eyes filled with disgust. "I am NOT of Asguardian birth and I will NOT be roped in with their brutish ways of life!" lips peeled back viciously, baring his teeth in a snarl. Not an Asgardian. NEVER an Asgardian so why in Odin's name did people insist on calling him one?!
His chest continued to rise and fall with frayed agitation before he realized how wretchedly barbaric he must look and sat back against the wall, pulling a sheath of composure over his rattled senses. He made no apology, no excuse for his behavior, just studied her with pale green eyes, waiting for his tone to even out before he spoke again. This girl was young--much younger than himself--yet spoke with such vile intent it nearly fooled him into mistrusting her face. Had he not been of superior intellect and status, of course...minus his current...circumstances.
The child did not dress like an Asgardian; her attire paralleled that of human wear. But that was impossible. Humans traveling beyond the limits of their world? Not even "Stark" possessed that capability.
"Who...are you?" Loki asked in a level and partially detached tone. He didn't really care for visitors (not that he had many outside of his "brother") but her knowledge of his name and...apparent endeavors on Earth tugged at the mischief god's inquiry.

Emily didn't flinch or shy away, as she expected that Loki wanted her too, instead she stood where she was and her smirk only widened. She so enjoyed pushing people's nerves, testing them to see how far she could push before they fell over the edge. Another game she quite enjoyed to play.
"No need for the theatrics." she said, half scolding the god infront of her. She was not afraid of him, not in the slightest. What could do to her that she couldn't deal back?
He was studying her, she didn't say anything. She was sure he was probably going to think that she wasn't a threat. She was only a teenager. A teenage human girl. He didn't suspect her less than human genetics. A Time Lord, one of the very last, was standing in front of him. Then again, she was sure that Asgard had probably never heard of Galifrey or the Time War...or The Doctor.
Finally the silence broke. He was curious, they always were.
"Me?" she replied "I'm a traveller. A wanderer, as I prefer, it sounds more exciting don't you think? I've been here, there, everywhere. You think I'd never heard of you before? I know you, well I tell a lie, I know of you. But I guess you're looking for specifics. I am Emily Clearwater and I am a Time Lord, well...half Time Lord."

One slender brow rose, curiosity combatting anger at this rather unusual answer. "A time lord?" Loki echoed, "Oh. How interesting." His words were void of anything but curt politeness, though his mind had kicked into overdrive, searching his memory banks for any recollection of a "time lord." Or "lords," as she seemed to imply there was more than one. Alas, it appeared even Loki Odinso--just Loki, dammit all--knew not everything. Whatever these "time lords" were outside of human look-alikes, the answer was lost on him.
But he would never admit that aloud, especially since this girl seemed to know of his exploits. A master of words, he reworked his question, readjusting his voice to appear the domineering one, despite being trapped in a prison cell. "Is that so? Tell me more of these "time lords," Emily Clearwater."

"You're curious." Emily noted with a smirk. She wasn't surprised that Asgard had never heard of Galifrey, she was sure that if they had then they would have probably made it known a long time ago. But Loki had proven her right that he was oblivious to her kind and their ways.
"I suppose you could say that we're a race of wanderers. The keepers of time. Others have called us the Children of Galifrey. We are ancient and forever. We know all of time and space and we can see the turn of the universe. But I am digressing. I'm sure that there are other things you would like to know. Like why I'm here, for instance."
Well Emily had not been disappointed. This was becoming very entertaining.

As the young girl spoke Loki could do nothing to prevent his eyes from growing rounder and rounder; her explanation knocking his logic around with a wrecking ball of contradiction. Know all of time? Ancient race? This child?
He didn't believe her. Not for a moment.
And yet, here she is outside your cell, a girl you've never seen before who knows your name and apparently everything about you. What do you call that?
A bluff. Or coincidence or something that proved she didn't possess powers above his own. No no no WAY was THAT an acceptable conclusion. He was the god. He was superior. Not her.
Gaze readjusting to that of normal size, his thin lips tightened in a line of irritation. The facts lay out before him; what did he believe?
"Why are you here?" Loki finally asked in a voice to match the look he wore upon his face. "What business have you with me?"

She was very amused at Loki's reaction. She didn't have to be a genius to know that what she had told him was obviously boy shocking and confusing the god and that just made her want to laugh at him. Asgardians could be so narrow-minded at times. For all their 'advancements' they had yet to manage what came so naturally to every Time Lord, especially now that their Bifrost had been destroyed.
She was sure that Loki had no idea of just how powerful she really was but that would soon be rectified.
"I was bored." she shrugged "I hate being bored. So I'm doing something about it. After all, what's more entertaining that staging a jail break in somewhere like Asgard? Plus, I owe someone a fall and I believ that you owe several people a fall. I believe we can help each other."

If he hadn't been suspicious before, all senses shot to high alert when "Emily" as she called herself revealed her intentions. She wanted to free him because she was bored. That was both ridiculous and frightening at once; who breaks a worldly threat (he WAS a threat, Avengers be damned) due to lack of anything better to do?
Who had that kind of power?
She does, apparently, chastising thoughts reminded, causing the pale man to frown. While you sit here like a fool a child comes to your aid because she possesses power greater than yours.
In theory. ONLY in theory. Had he not had the daylights beaten out of him by the Hulk and his powers nulled by the DAMN bondage they'd forced him to wear, he'd be stronger. Definitely stronger.
"I suppose..." Loki began after a moment, masking his conflicting emotions with a cool tone "That you've something else in store for me, haven't you? Forgive me if I'm mistaken but this kind of thing rarely comes without strings attached."
He wanted out; he really REALLY did. But the last time he'd agreed to "helping each other" he'd...well, it didn't go well.
(OOC: I've sort of incorporated into my Avenger headcanon that the muzzle and handcuffs Loki wore temporarily snuffed out his power--otherwise I think he'd be able to break out of them XD; )

"Just a small favor." Emily replied with a superior smirk "You owe me for this and I intend to collect. I owe someone a fall and you are going to help me with that, I suppose it will help you as well because it also involves some people that you owe a fall, The Avengers, I believe they call themselves."
Emily knew a lot more than Loki was probably comfortable with her knowing, but in the end she could use it to her advantage. Knowledge was power, as some human once said, but knowledge couldn't take on the Avengers and win. She knew that her goody-two-shoes other half was probably with them.
She needed someone to distract them. To call the attention away from her long enough for her to kill the other Emily and her little pet, James.
"Or you know, if you're not up for that then I could just leave you here to rot away. I'm sure that an enternity in here wasn't quite how you envisioned spending the rest of your life."

At the mention of the Avengers, Loki's heart twisted violently in his chest, a deep, dark hate rolling over his face. "You say...you say you can aid me in their defeat?" He asked, rising slowly from his cot. Normally, the god of mischief was not one to accept help from an outside source (though some people tried and TRIED to the point of infuriating annoyance) however...fate had already shown him enacting revenge on his own was not an option; he was lucky they had little desire for bloodlust; he most surely would have died otherwise. Walking carefully to his cell door (but trying to appear casual) Loki's eyes flickered with a green fire, a small but evident smile tugging at his lips. "I'm listening."
Somewhere in the back of his mind registered her comment about "owing her for this" but the chance to pay back those accursed mortals drowned out everything other than a taste for vengeance.

"The person I'm after, I have reason to believe that she is in with those Avengers. It's only her I want, well her and her 'companion', and as you know, taking them all on single-handed is only a recipe for disaster and certain defeat. I am willing to get you out of here and provide what you need, time and space pose no problems, everything except an army. I can only take one person at a time with me. So, Loki Odinson, do we have a deal?"
Emily stuck her hand out, intending to shake hands with the god in front of her. That was her offer, he could choose to reject it if he so wished but Emily knew that he probably wouldn't. After all, what prisoner wouldn't do anything for a taste of freedom? She knew that she had him where she wanted him, now it was his turn to play his hand.
The first thing she had to do was find her better half, the rest she could make up as she went along. That's how she prefered to play her games, whether Loki would follow was another matter entirely but she did have the power to leave him right back where she'd found him.

He took her hand, tentatively, then firmer as his fingers curled around hers, a mischievous-if-not-malicious grin carving into his mouth. Oh hoho, Thor, if only you could witness this. But you'll find out soon enough, won't you? He snickered, imagining the thunder god's face--imagining ALL their faces upon his return to Earth...oh what a glorious sight to behold!
"We have a deal." Loki said aloud, shaking their hands to further confirm his decision. "Free me of this wretched place."
He would have to find his boots and armor, but a simple summoning spell would do the trick once his power fully regenerated. In the mean time...freedom.
"Hehehe..."

"I'd brace myself, if I were you, most people tend to vomit the first time."
Emily gripped Loki's hand tightly, focusing all her energy. She wasn't nearly as well travelled as her counterpart, and so using her abilities was more difficult, especially now that she had Loki with her. She'd have to concentrate lest she accidentally leave him behind in the time stream. Who knows what would happen then, he'd probably die and then all her plans would be up in smoke.
With a jolt, they both vanished.
The sensation of travelling thought space and time was not pleasant. Nausea welled up inside her and but Emily lead them both forward to their destination. Colours and sounds whirled past them at blinding speed and it soon became apparent that Emily wouldn't be able to get them all the way to their destination. They'd have to make a side-stop.
Abruptly, she changed direction and soon they were deposited, in an unceremonious heap, on the shore of the River Thames opposite the Tower of London.
