"Good. I've been waiting to prove myself to some good racers for sometime now." the fellow racer smirked. "All the other ones in my game weren't worth a time of day. It was easy to win no matter who was racing, so i could use a good challenge."

"Trust me, Priscilla, you're going to be able to prove yourself just fine here. For the most part everyone here is pretty good. ...Then there's racers like those two." Taffyta said. She jerked her thumb toward the two karts representing the racers in question and scoffed a little. Candlehead was mediocre at best, having to usually rely on a lucky break getting her through, and then there was Vanellope. Taffyta couldn't deny that she was good, but there was the problem of that glitch power of hers. She hated it and how it had won Vanellope several races when the players had activated it.
"We won't have to worry about any glitching if Vanellope is out of the running, and Candlehead... well, let's hope she doesn't get lucky." she laughed. The way Taffyta saw it, she and Priscilla had it in the bag. They would be able to gain quite a bit of popularity and win several races this way. Of course it was true that it would depend on who was using them as their avatars when they raced, but that didn't matter to Taffyta at the moment. She was just happy to have hit upon the idea that Vanellope was out and that, because of it, she might have an opportunity to take back her spot as one of the most popular racers.

"Oh don't worry about that. I can handle little Candle." Priscilla said her eyes glittering with mischief. "She won't know what hit her when i take that track." She smiled. "So, besides you, who else is the good racers. Not counting Glitch Girl i mean."

That was a tough question if Taffyta had ever heard one. She generally kept an eye on the more competitive racers, so she at least had a good idea, but it was still difficult to answer. "If I had to pick out at least one other brilliant racer in our bunch, it'd be Rancis. He's got some pretty good moves. Jubileena and Adorabeezle are probably some of the more sub-par racers, Minty is okay, Swizzle is... eh," Taffyta waved her hand a little to the side as though she were unsure of how to describe Swizzle. Swizzle was an odd case since she seemed to have a rather large streak of bad luck to her name, but there were times when she did decently. "Otherwise, no one really stands out in my mind." she finally said.
"How'd you figure out Vanellope was a glitch, anyway? Did she show you that stupid power of hers?" she asked. That was one thing that had been bugging her the whole time. Under normal circumstances Taffyta probably wouldn't have cared, as Priscilla shared her opinions of the black-haired racer, but she was curious. What had Vanellope done while she had been attempting to be helpful?

"Yeah, she decided to glitch us across the big gap between the gumball machines. Figured oh it would be okay..." Priscilla rolled her eyes. "Thought that i could use a little more excitement or whatever." she waved her hands around with fake enthusiam. "Then she got something wrong with her, and i decided to leave her and candle on their own. You know, didn't need dead weight bringing me down."

Of course that was what it was. Taffyta figured it had been Vanellope wanting to show off what she could do in her dumb attempt at giving the newcomer a tour, so she wasn't entirely surprised. What surprised her was that apparently that was the point in which the previously glitched racer had started to feel sick. However, Taffyta knew nothing about coding, glitches, or anything like that. All she had known was that Vanellope had been a glitch and then had been restored to being an actual part of the game, all while retaining her idiotic power that the players loved.
"Not our problem, right? It's what she gets for abusing that power of hers." Taffyta laughed. She realized the other racers would be surprised to hear her say that, but since it was just her and her new friend she felt like it didn't matter. Taffyta could say whatever she wanted. "You made a good choice in ditching them, Priscilla. Now you can hang with the real coolest racer in Sugar Rush." she said.

Oh, now she was sure that Tafftya was cool. Not only did she not care that she had just called the candy girl and her own sister dead weight, but she had an aura of cool, which was safe to say that she did not get from the other racers. Well, the ones she had met anyways.
"I think i may start to like it here." she finally said.

It appeared as though Taffyta had essentially found her new wingman. Rancis was out and Candlehead preferred Vanellope now, so naturally Taffyta didn't mind having a new friend to hang out with. This particular friend, Priscilla, was definitely all right in her book. The feeling appeared mutual, and that smoothed the cement in Taffyta's mind. They were going to get on great with one another if they were already in agreement about Vanellope and Candlehead. A very small thought at the back of the blonde racer's mind told her that maybe she should forgive Candlehead for going with Vanellope, but it was quickly squashed. There was no room in her mind for that sort of thing anymore.
"Just stick with me, Priscilla. You'll have a much better time in Sugar Rush without having those two drag you down." Taffyta told her. A much better time, indeed. Now both girls would be able to enjoy the sugarcoated game a lot more. "Starting today, we're going to make sure everyone knows we're the coolest racers on the block. Candlehead will know she made a wrong decision in choosing Vanellope over us." she said.

Priscilla smirked, Finally she wouldn't have to hide her real attitude behind her "cutesy" game face. Tafftya didn't care if she was a sour kid, and that was fine with her. "Let's get started then, i want everyone to know who we are and that we don't go easy."

Taffyta almost wished that the other racers were present. If they were, then it would be easier to prove who was the most awesome pair of racers within the game. As it was, though, they'd just have to figure out some other way of making their awesomeness known. Taffyta didn't want Priscilla to know she was uncertain of what they could do, though, and so she went on to thinking about how they could prove their awesomeness. Then it hit her; all they really had to do was race around Sugar Rush with their karts and let the other racers see them. Easy!
"We could start by driving around. That way, everyone will have to see us and they can see for themselves that we're not on the same level as them." Taffyta said. There was no Vanellope to get underfoot and no Candlehead to mess things up for them, so how hard would it be to just drive? Not hard at all as far as Taffyta was concerned.

"Sounds like a plan." Priscilla smiled, feeling the need to get back into the speed of things. Smirking at her young sister's car, she kicked the tire before jumping into her own car before placing on a pair of green sunlike goggles and reved up the kart that she had called the StarScreamer
